Shipping Policy

All orders are received via PayPal by either a personal credit/debit card or PayPal account though a PayPal account is not necessary. All orders are sent out via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will be sent via Standard or Priority, with free shipping for all continental US orders $39 or more with standard shipping. Priority shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canadian customers (some brand restrictions apply). Cloth Convert is not responsible for any items once they have been shipped. This includes lost in transit, damaged, or otherwise.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, only unwashed / unused or defective items can be returned or exchanged. For unwashed / unused items, all packaging must be intact (e.g. tags, labels, etc) along with copy of original order receipt. If product was given as a gift, please obtain a copy of the receipt from the buyer. We will not accept any returns/exchanges of any kind after 30 days. Because we are a small business with limited staff, please allow for 7 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

Refund Policy

Money will be refunded as it was received by either a personal credit/debit card or PayPal account. Refunds will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.
